The Lifestyle of a Multi-Passionate

Have you heard of the term Multi-passionate? A Multi-passionate is a person who has trouble narrowing down their career options.  When you have a lot of interests that you are passionate about it can make it hard to choose which path to take. If you are strategic, however, as successful Multi-passionate people know, you can actually have a few things on the boil at the same time and don’t need to limit your choices to one career.  You can be successful in several vocations.

I am a proud multi-passionate through and through. I always have a few things on the go at once. Looking back through my life it has always seemed to be this way.   I have been an artist, a restaurant owner, an event manager all of which have tended to overlap.  I have been a Psychotherapist for a number of years now and my recent passion is being an Online Business Owner.

The one solid interest that has been the thread throughout all my life is Personal Development.  I truly believe when you develop your mind set you can really shift your perception and benchmarks of success and succeed in whatever it is you choose. Limiting beliefs will keep you stuck.  If you choose more than one thing, then so be it! Who says you have to only choose one?

Owning an organic restaurant was something meaningful, creating works of art for exhibitions also equally satisfying.  Picturing my perfect dream life, however, was helping as many people as I can to feel better and empowering them to change their limiting beliefs.

My newest passion is to help as many people as possible create abundance in their lives whilst not selling their soul, helping people to create the lifestyle they want whilst remaining authentic and true to themselves. When you are abundant and successful you can do so much more in your life.  You can contribute to a much greater degree and really be in the position to empower others.

Lifestyle and values can be overlooked when choosing a career path.  A desk job for example may  be financially rewarding for some but it needs to be considered whether sitting at a desk is something you want to do for your whole working life. If the consequences are that you spend less time with your children, a 9-5 job may not be in alignment with your values.  Work/Life-style balance is something that many people are gradually recognising as something so very important.  As a Multi-passionate I find myself with more flexibility and freedom which is so precious to me.

The other good thing about being a Multi-passionate is having the capacity of creating two or more streams of income.  The more streams of income, the less financial stress, and the less eggs in one basket.  Being a Multi-passionate gives me peace of mind with no chance of getting bored.
